Energise offers both facilitator training and facilitation services.

Facilitator Training

Our facilitator training programme is based on our Expert Facilitator model and tools which we have designed, developed and tested over the years. The model identifies the key behaviours demonstrated by highly experienced facilitators and allows for initial assessment of aptitude and measurement of progress of trainee facilitators as they learn these new skills. The behaviours are supported by tools and techniques that help the facilitator manage sessions effectively and cope with difficult situations and people.  

The Expert Facilitator training programme is delivered through an initial 2 days training programme with follow on coaching and support as necessary.

Energise also offers a more extensive training programme and consultancy for facilitating organisational healing

Facilitation Services

Energise work with Robb-Fordyce to provide expert facilitation for a wide variety of purposes, including team development, strategic planning, improving creativity & innovation, mediation and problem solving & organisational development.
