The Energise Healing Organisations Process

Energise recognise the indivisible link between organisations and people and specialise in "healing people through organisations and healing organisations through people". Our Healing Organisations process provides a framework and supporting tools and techniques for assisting organisations to from their "Psychic Prison" and thus climb out of their downward spiral of poor performance, inefficiency and ineffectiveness and move back to a track for improvement. Through doing this we help to improve the morale, motivation and well being of all involved in the organisation.

Energise will either run this process as consultants within organisations or train internal people to become proficient in the tools and techniques. A typical training programme lasts 4 days and may include the following, but will be specifically designed to meet the needs of clients:
