Our blended
learning model is linked into the stratgic goals of the organisation and
provides an alternative delivery mechanism for traditionally delivered workshop
programmes. It allows for learners to undertake supported learning in their
own time and at their own convenience. Other benefits include reduced travel
costs, reduced time away from the job & the provision of cover and increased
accessibility to learning for all..
Knowledge inputs are provided using CD-ROM, with supporting skills development
managed through intensive instructor led elements. On-going support, reinforcement
and informal learning opportunities are available through either internal/external
coaching and/or expert help via the Web.
Each delivery mechanism within a blended learning approach reflects and supports
all elements of the learning cycle and provides the same, proven, skills development
as “traditional” programmes. It provides a cost effective mechanism
for organisations where time and geographical diversity are key issues in
managing training & development delivery.
