As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist Annette's passionate interest in people and their possibilities for growth and development has been applied to improving academic thinking, management practice and personal development. She has facilitated the management of change in the oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, construction and health services.

Annette has an established a reputation as a leading edge thinker from her role as Professor of Management Development at Robert Gordon University and from her extensive experience within Scottish Enterprise Network, pioneering programmes such as team based working, futures planning and knowledge management.

Jan's background of Commercial Management in the oil and gas industry, has given her the ability and confidence to use her advocacy skills for encouraging and supporting both personal and organisational development. She has established a reputation for pan industry strategy facilitation and implementation through her involvement in the Government Industry Task Force Skills and Training Sub Group and Project Manager of the £1Million Team Based Working Project.
