Offshore Skills Events

Offshore Europe is a major bi-annual conference for the oil and gas industry and in 2001 four diverse groups of organisations were planning to highlight the severe skills shortages being faced by the industry.   Jan Corpe of Energise was instrumental in identifying the duplication of effort being made and then in turning around the situation by co-ordinating all four events to build on each other, culminating in the final event, which Jan designed and facilitated to capture all the issues and agree cross industry actions for the way forward.
