As Professor of Management Development at Robert Gordon University, Annette Brooks-Rooney was responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy to increase the uptake of management development activities within all companies across Grampian. Her particular focus during this period was on fast growth small/medium companies and the management of knowledge within all companies. It was during this period that Annette collaborated with Rowanhill Consultants to develop a number of organisational benchmarking products and a wide variety of knowledge management tools and processes including The Knowledge Quiz , the Energise Knowledge Management Transformation process and KM Cards for analysing the knowledge management needs & priorities of small/medium companies
